About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and optimization of our infrastructure for global teams. This involves re-architecting our systems, implementing advanced features, and building dashboards for resource utilization and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement advanced system features such as fair share and preemption to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the transformation of our infrastructure setup to optimize resource usage across worldwide teams, promoting collaboration and consistency.
  • Design and implement development, testing, and production environments for enhancement, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.
  • Automate key infrastructure processes such as resource utilization reporting, demand-supply analysis, and system health monitoring to increase productivity and reduce errors.
  • Develop dashboards and proactive monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance, guaranteeing minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deploy, maintain, and enhance our solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

We seek an experienced professional with 8+ years of expertise in system deployment, architecture, and maintenance in distributed environments.

Strong expertise in Linux systems, scripting skills (Perl, Python, Shell scripting), and knowledge of IT infrastructure (Linux, LAN/WAN) are essential.

Experience with version control tools is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of EDA tools and their applications.
