Job Description

The Majesco Billing System Lead is a key role that requires multiple candidates to join on a contract basis with potential for conversion to full-time employment upon initial contract completion.

This position plays a crucial part in our client's technology services team, requiring technical expertise and collaboration with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Majesco Billing system, strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting, as well as good problem-solving and communication skills.

In addition, familiarity with insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health), policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: 4-5 years of experience in the Majesco Billing system.
  • Insurance Billing Knowledge: Understanding of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health).
  • Policy Administration: Familiarity with policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Good problem-solving and communication skills.
