Overview of the Backend Developer Role:

This Backend Developer position is a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js.

  • Design and build APIs, microservices, and integrations that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate back-end and front-end components.
  • Work with MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, performance tuning, and querying.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, best practices, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Experience with AWS and cloud deployment is also highly desirable.

  • Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and querying.
