TrueSight Expert

About the Role:

This comprehensive position involves administering and managing TrueSight Operations Management across various systems. Ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of version 10.x and later, including installation, upgrade, integration, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and configuring Patrol Agents on different operating systems (Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris)
• Maintaining and administering TrueSight servers and components
• Troubleshooting issues with Patrol Agent and TrueSight server performance
• Event management policy administration and configuration
• Working knowledge of MRLs, custom classes, and datacenter IT infrastructure components

Essential Skills:

• Infrastructure expertise in operating systems and databases
• Excellent problem analysis and communication skills
• Familiarity with custom KMs, basic knowledge of Unix, Windows OS, and Virtualization

Technical Requirements:

• Certification in TrueSight
