Senior Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community management: Develop and implement social media content calendars to engage with our online community and foster brand awareness.
- Designing social media campaigns: Create and execute targeted social media campaigns to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Creating social media contents: Design and develop high-quality visual content to showcase on our social media channels.
- Answering customer queries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on our social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Digital marketing experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Social media skills: Proficiency in creating engaging content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok is essential.
- Websites: Experience in managing and updating company websites, as well as creating blog posts and newsletter content, is desired.
- SEO knowledge: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices is necessary to improve our online presence.
- Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with the marketing team to achieve shared goals is crucial.
