JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), a top-ranked university in India, invites applications for Faculty Positions in its Department of Management. The positions are available at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor with specializations in Finance, HRM, ENVC, Business Analytics, General Management, and Marketing.
The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching, research, and industry collaboration. To be eligible, candidates must have a relevant Ph.D. degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience after acquiring the Master's degree for Assistant Professors. For Associate Professors, candidates should have a Ph.D. degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience. Professor positions require a Ph.D. degree and at least 10 years of experience, with 3 years at the level of Associate Professor.
Candidates are also expected to have strong research skills and a proven track record of publishing in Scopus/ABDC/WOS-approved journals. A minimum of 7 research publications is required for Associate Professors, while Professors should have at least 6 research publications and 2 successful Ph.D. supervisions or 10 research publications at the Associate Professor level.
