Health Insurance Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Health Insurance Agency Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving our health insurance agency business across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to build and grow the health insurance agency business across assigned locations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents for successful activation and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance.

Deliver Business Results:

  • Achieve revenue, premium, and profitability targets for your region through effective sales strategies and tactical execution.
  • Drive renewal business to meet defined goals by leveraging market insights and local expertise.
  • Provide strategic guidance based on local market dynamics to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Design and implement location-specific business development strategies to optimize growth and success.

Build Strong Relationships:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Create a motivating and engaging environment for agents to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
  • Regularly review and discuss agent performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools, including CRM systems and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and leading high-performing teams.
