Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with students. Key responsibilities include:
  • Counselling prospective students on our programmes and admission procedures
  • Conducting data calls and online chats to provide guidance and support
  • Advising students on specific degree programmes and ensuring a smooth application process
  • Collecting feedback from participants and maintaining records of telephonic and walk-in interactions
  • Handling queries over the phone and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
