Business Analyst for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and drive innovation in digital transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through collaboration with clients.

With experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data, you will empower our team to embrace the challenges of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience in data activities, OM knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.

Able to grasp functional aspects of data and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on mappings is essential. Additionally, experience in data migration activities, managing large data extractions, and converting it into the right ServiceNow target format is necessary.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data
  • Business Analyst with experience in data activities, OM knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow
  • Ability to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions, covert it into the right ServiceNow target format
  • Desirable experience in OM data model capable to advise best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts)

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt communication to the audience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open mindset
  • Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and the required changes
  • A team player used to work in a distributed multi-cultural team
