About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is essential. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

A strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
