Job Overview:

 Our company is seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as a backend developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust, maintainable, and efficient backend services using Golang.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems that handle large volumes of data and traffic.
  • Develop clean, well-structured, and optimized code following best practices and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, internal tools, and integrations.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them promptly.
  • Contribute to system design discussions and code reviews; mentor junior developers.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend/product development.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang, with a deep understanding of Go idioms and concurrency patterns.
  • Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, including schema design and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of building scalable and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with caching (Redis, Memcached) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
  • Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
