Design Lead

  • Maintain high-quality design services, balancing creativity and profitability.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional marketing assets (email designs, banners, ads, digital creatives) that align with client needs.
  • Enhance client retention through excellent design, responsiveness, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish quality standards and review processes for the design services function.
  • Oversee and mentor designers to boost creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with client strategy and account teams to create impactful, conversion-focused creative.
  • Implement rigorous quality control to ensure all deliverables meet performance requirements.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure profitable operations and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader, building trust and positioning design as a strategic driver.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets.
  • Experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
  • Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, growth targets, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.
