Public Health BIM Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage and create detailed models for public health projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The creation of complex building information models (BIM) adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in engineering with a diploma or degree.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.
  • A good understanding of drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services.
  • BASIC DESIGN KNOWLEDGE REGARDING PHE AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES IS AN ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE.
