Experienced Sr Manager/ Chief Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Sr Manager/ Chief Manager to lead our wealth management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized solutions to clients based on their financial goals and requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with existing investors, obtain referrals, and expand our client base.
- Conduct timely portfolio reviews, identify opportunities for growth, and provide personalized investment advice.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance investor satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, share market updates, and keep them informed about available investment options.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Effective communicator, able to simplify complex information and present it clearly.
- Confident individual with excellent presentation skills, able to engage clients effectively.
- Able to analyze client needs, possess strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Ability to handle stress, maintain a high level of emotional stability, and meet performance targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
- Possession of relevant certifications is highly valued.
- Proven track record of successfully managing portfolios and generating substantial assets under management (AUM).
