Pediatrician and Neonatologist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician and Neonatologist to join our team at Durgabai Deshmukh General Hospital and Research Centre, located in Chennai. The role involves providing exceptional care to newborns and children, conducting regular examinations, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and monitoring the progress of patients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

This is a full-time on-site role AND Visiting Consultants for Pediatricians and Neonatologists. The Pediatrician and Neonatologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients, educate parents and caregivers on child health, and participate in continuous professional development activities.

1. Provide high-quality medical care to newborns and children, including regular examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions.
2. Conduct rounds in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and monitor the progress of patients.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
4. Educate parents and caregivers on child health and provide guidance on childcare.
5. Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies.
