About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with accounting software like Tally, Xero, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
