We are seeking a visionary Design Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a passion for innovative design and international exposure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing luxury estates and residences, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in architecture, interiors, and product design. They will possess excellent presentation skills and prioritize client satisfaction through regular updates and incorporating client feedback.

  • Experience in multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or higher educational facilities is essential.
  • Proficiency in various software packages, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Mid Journey, is required.

Responsibilities of the Design Architect will include:

  1. Concept development and schematic design development;
  2. Planning and architectural working drawings;
  3. Accurate documentation and project management;
  4. Collaboration with vendors and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and projects;
