Lead Large Language Model Operations

A high-impact leadership role driving the successful deployment, scaling, and monitoring of large language models in production.

We seek an experienced expert to lead the design and implementation of LLM Ops infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and large-scale inference. You will establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing LLM Ops infrastructure
  • Establishing and enforcing best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
  • Implementing security and compliance protocols for responsible AI usage
  • Collaborating with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the LLM lifecycle
  • Developing automation pipelines for dataset updates, retraining, and model versioning
  • Evaluating and implementing tools for cost optimization and performance tuning in large-scale environments
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship on LLMOps methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoring
  • Proficiency in MLOps frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices
  • Solid understanding of observability tools
  • Deep knowledge of model evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and AI safety guardrails
  • Programming expertise in Python and Bash scripting
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
  • Knowledge of LLM safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
