MEP Design Engineer Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering to join our project-based team. The selected individual will be part of the design and execution team, working on planning, designing, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for industrial, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support and Execution: Assist senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing MEP works for ongoing projects. Interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and engineering designs.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Support: Prepare MEP layout drawings using AutoCAD or other design tools. Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems. Attend client and consultant meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Learning and Skill Development: Undergo on-the-job training to develop technical expertise in MEP design and execution. Stay updated with the latest MEP technologies, codes, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Freshers welcome; internship or academic project experience in MEP is an added advantage.
