The Examination Department at our institution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all university examinations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the examination and evaluation process.

• Plan, schedule, and conduct all university examinations efficiently.
• Ensure that results processing, grading, and declaration are timely and accurate.
• Develop and update examination policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures regularly.
• Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for seamless examination management.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong decision-making skills to drive operational efficiency within the Examination Department.

• Masters degree with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in administration, preferably in higher education institutions or universities.
• In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
