Job Summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to oversee currency vault operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management and a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.


About the Role
  • The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing daily operations, including cash handling and storage.
  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of cash handlers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Overseeing daily cash processing, including sorting, counting, and storing cash.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including branch managers and finance teams, to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management on key performance indicators, including cash handling efficiency and compliance metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a cash management or vault operations role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash handling and management, including knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
