Financial Modeling Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Investment Banking team in Pune.

The selected candidates will have strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients in the real estate industry with expertise in financial modeling, including operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes.
  • Developing Argus valuation models, lease abstracting, lease review, and audit, as well as performing cash flow and rent roll analysis.
  • Performing valuations for commercial real estate properties using different approaches – income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Modeling REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity, and modeling future development, FFO & CAD.
  • Preparing pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Conducting M&A deal run and potential target & buyer screenings using databases including Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet, etc.
