Visual Designer - F&B Industry

At le-grande-hospitality, we're looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team. We're a growing hospitality group with multiple concepts in the F&B space, ranging from cafés to premium dining experiences.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing all outlet collaterals: menus, tent cards, posters, wall graphics, packaging, signage, event creatives, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Design creative visual solutions that adapt brand guidelines while maintaining functionality and print-readiness.

This role requires collaboration with the marketing and operations team to ensure brand identity is consistent across all materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative designs that enhance brand image and engage customers.
  • Stay updated on design trends in F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with printers, vendors, and production teams for high-quality output.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in design, preferably with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; bonus if you know After Effects or Canva).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (collaterals, branding, menus, packaging).
