Job Title: Tax Management Role

This is a tax management role for an accounting outsourcing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals who are well-versed in U.S. business and individual tax regulations.

The job requires strong communication and leadership skills to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients. Responsibilities include reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, developing relationships with staff, and ensuring that Seniors and Staff are up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tax return preparation, including Form 1040 federal tax returns and state tax returns. They will also have the ability to identify technical issues on engagements and bring them to the notice of the lead to reach a desired resolution.

Able to successfully navigate tax technology used for tax returns, the candidate will prepare US (Federal/State) Corporate, Partnership tax returns (Form 1120/1065, etc.) and US International compliance tax forms (Form 5471/8858/8865, etc.).

They will also validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance, utilize available tax technical resources to enhance US tax knowledge, and keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area.

Deadline-oriented and able to manage time, the candidate will be responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to Senior / Assistant Manager.
