Job Description

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your primary objective will be to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of IAM systems that ensure seamless access control, audit trails, and compliance with organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IAM, with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including its design, implementation, and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop custom connectors, and integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business needs.
  • Developing custom connectors, integrations, and workflows to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project execution.
  • Mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), compliance reporting, and IAM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and Service Standard Build (SSB) processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
