Backend Development Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs.

  • Design scalable backend services & APIs
  • Implement server-side logic, databases & data storage solutions
  • Optimize database schemas, queries & indexes for efficiency
  • Diagnose & resolve performance bottlenecks; implement caching & load balancing
  • Ensure backend security against common threats (SQL injection, XSS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with frontend teams
  • Mentor junior developers & ensure coding best practices
  • Develop & run unit, integration & performance tests
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues & maintain uptime reliability

Our ideal candidate has proficiency in Python, Java, Go or Rust, with strong experience in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and expertise in RESTful API design.
