Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial strategist to lead our balance sheet and liquidity management efforts.

  • About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in balance sheet, liquidity, capital, and interest rate analytics.
  • A strong background in the banking industry is essential, with experience managing end-to-end forecasting, risk-weighted assets, and capital.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality process and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Balance Sheet Management
  2. Develop and implement optimized balance sheet strategies across the Group.
  3. Manage end-to-end forecasting of balance sheet, leverage exposure, risk-weighted assets, and connected analytics.
  4. Present findings and recommendations to Treasurer, Head of Group FP&A, and other key stakeholders.

  • Team management experience, leading a team of 15+ people.
  • Communication
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
