UX Designer Role

As a UX designer, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end user experience solutions from understanding users through research, persona creation, storyboarding, wireframing to high-fidelity designing, prototyping and testing.

The role involves close collaboration with different stakeholders at various stages of the design and development process.

Required skills include knowledge of Figma, Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint, design thinking concepts, accessibility standards, UX best practices.

A design portfolio showcasing work done so far is also required.

Mastery in design or related field of study is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Design high-fidelity designs that meet accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of UX design experience
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio showcasing design expertise
