As a skilled travel professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate travel.

About the Role
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for current and new clients, providing expert consultation and guidance to ensure their travel needs are met.
  • Your responsibilities will include searching and confirming travel reservations, as well as providing clients with industry insights on fare options, exchange rates, and penalties.

To excel in this position, you will leverage BCD Travel tools and systems to efficiently complete requests, perform follow-up tasks, and stay up-to-date on the latest travel supplier rules.

About You
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued, as is your ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Multitasking is also essential, as you will be responsible for handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

A solid understanding of GDS Sabre and Amadeus systems is also crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients.
  • Search and confirm travel reservations.
  • Offer industry insights on fare options, exchange rates, and penalties.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
