Network Security Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network security infrastructure.

  • 3-6 years of experience in network security is required.
  • Cyber Security engineers should design, build, and manage the security infrastructure of information technology (IT) systems. This includes installing hardware, configuring firewalls, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs), and adding upgrades.
  • They should have expertise in remote infrastructure management for networks.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Palo – Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint firewalls, or other network security technologies.
  • Perform day-to-day firewall activities like administration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge on IOS upgrades and software strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring URL filtering, file blocking, and security profiles in Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Review network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and provide solutions.
  • Good knowledge on authentication methods like radius & tacacs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Palo Alto Firewall and Panorama.
  • Designing, building, and managing the security infrastructure of IT systems.
  • Installing hardware and configuring firewalls.
  • Setting up virtual private networks (VPNs).
  • Performing day-to-day firewall activities like administration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Good understanding in basic routing and switching concepts.
  • Expertise in remote infrastructure management for networks.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Palo – Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint firewalls, or other network security technologies.
  • Good knowledge on IOS upgrades and software strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring URL filtering, file blocking, and security profiles in Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Review network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and provide solutions.
  • Good knowledge on authentication methods like radius & tacacs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
