ServiceNow Platform Developer Opportunity

As a seasoned ServiceNow professional, you will be responsible for configuring and developing the platform to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
  • Write scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.
  • Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.
  • Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes.
  • Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
