Job Opportunity: AI Training Data Specialist

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team shaping high-quality AI knowledge models and contributing to the development of generative AI-powered computation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in relevant fields like Literature, Linguistics, or Communication, as well as C1 level of English proficiency.

  • Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating training data sets for AI models
  2. Annotating data to align AI models with human values
  3. Improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  5. Achieving target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job
