We're looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager who can own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Multiple Projects: Manage concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.
  • Facilitate Ceremonies: Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track Progress: Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.
  • Influence Senior Leaders: Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  • Culture of Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Client-Facing Relationships: Manage client-facing relationships with national boards, leagues, and franchises to ensure thorough alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
