Job Title

A Project Manager with hands-on experience managing OneIdentity projects is required.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead and manage end-to-end OneIdentity project implementations, including integrations with target systems and version upgrades. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of identity management projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage OneIdentity project implementations, including integrations with target systems and version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with business teams and technical experts to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and security guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager managing OneIdentity solutions (Identity Manager, Access Manager, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of target system integration and OneIdentity upgrade processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
