Job Title: Software Development Lead

This role revolves around the development and implementation of software systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely execution with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within set timelines.
  • Develop and configure DCS software applications, encompassing HMI and associated control strategies.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact with clients throughout the project scope.
  • Design and implement configuration guidelines based on customer requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of DCS systems and experience with S88 architecture is essential.
  • Conduct quality checks through technical reviews and participate in SFAT sessions.
  • Coach and develop system engineer skills, ensuring efficient and quality work.
Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Emerson DeltaV DCS Pharma Project Execution.
  • Knowledge of S88 standard and certification in GAMP5 and GDP requirements.
  • A strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading design, build, and configuration of applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
