Job Title: Experienced UI Developer

A highly skilled UI developer is needed to take end-to-end ownership of modern products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface development and be able to design and develop high-quality, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to rapidly deliver new features
  • Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor and review code for junior developers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for best practices in UI/UX, including accessibility and usability
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
