Fund Accounting Expert

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Specialist to work closely with clients in understanding their fund organizational documents and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Work with pre-onboarding teams to understand client requirements, review and understand key fund organizational documents and operational workflows.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, loading, and reconciliation in Client's platform.
- Liaise with stakeholders during project implementation phases, support building/enhancing implementation tools for seamless onboarding.
- Work with technology teams to develop bespoke reports and special requirements.
- Manage a team for independent execution of the implementation project.
Requirements:
- Professional certification like CA, MBA, or CFA, 2-10 years of financial industry experience.
- Background in private capital markets with strong fund accounting and operations domain expertise.
- Prior experience in client implementations/onboarding is an added advantage, working knowledge of Private Fund structures, fee calculations, carried interest etc.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel, good understanding of financial products.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, willingness to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight timelines.
