Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our Bulgari team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized advice and introducing them to our luxury brand.
- Listen to clients' needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients, while engaging new customers to the brand.
- Manage the sales process, ensuring delivery standards are met and sales techniques are applied to deliver a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to store and service KPIs achievement, registering clients' data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Perform all CRM one-to-one activities, applying sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a proactive and timely manner.
- Participate in online training modules and training sessions to develop knowledge on various topics.
Profile
We are seeking a committed and organized team player with a strong customer service and negotiation skills, who is driven to succeed in a luxury environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Bulgari products and selling skills is an advantage.
