About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Preliminary screening of residential/commercial real estate financing transactions and structuring.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
• Clients interaction to understand business models, organization structures, and financing needs.
• Resolution of queries and collection of information on an ongoing basis.
• Credit analysis & due diligence. Preparation of Credit & Risk Assessment Notes for evaluating risk in borrowers, transactions, and underlying securities.
• Initial recommendations and presenting proposals to approving authorities.
• Preparation of review and renewal credit reports for revisiting limits and assessing credit alerts.
• Compliance checking of disbursements with sanctioned terms.
• Ongoing monitoring of portfolios and raising EWS in case of irregularities observed.
• Maintenance of Escrow accounts and collections in projects.
• Review of NOC issuances in projects and tracking them in a timely manner.
• Maintenance of pre- and post-disbursement compliances of each account.

The Ideal Candidate

• A seasoned credit analyst with experience in financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
