Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents about our offered courses.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversions.
  • Maintain records and update CRM tools for tracking leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales and academic team for smooth operations.

Work Mode:

Initially, you will work from our office location in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, with timings from 12:00 to 8:00 PM. After two months, you will transition to remote work.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong communication and counseling skills.
  • Ability to guide students and parents effectively.

Important Notes:

  • Candidates failing to comply with the two-month office reporting period will not be considered for remote work.
  • Only candidates from the EdTech background will be shortlisted.
