Consultant Opportunity in Performance Management and Succession Planning

This exciting opportunity allows you to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction by hiring a Consultant with expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career & Development Planning (SMCDP).

  • We require 8+ years of experience in SAP and 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows etc. in PMGM.
  • Solid experience in succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets etc. in SMCDP is essential.
  • You should have experience with at least one full end-to-end implementation of PMGM & SMCDP modules.
  • A proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance (business-as-usual / support) of PMGM & SMCDP is necessary.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, succession planning is required.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, Compensation) and/or third-party systems is desired.
  • Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support are expected.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to conduct workshops and engage with business and HR teams are necessary.
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM / SMCDP or related modules are preferred.
