Senior Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a creative professional to spearhead our brand's visual identity and lead a team of designers in delivering high-quality campaigns.

This role involves defining the design language, building brand guidelines, and mentoring a small creative team while maintaining hands-on involvement in key design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Lead and motivate a creative team to deliver innovative campaigns that drive results.
  • Create social media content, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our brand vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to craft storytelling-driven campaigns that achieve business objectives.
  • Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, applying innovation to campaigns.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and inspire creative breakthroughs.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on design work to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  1. 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency setting.
  2. Deep knowledge of software and tools used in the industry.
  3. Familiarity with branding, typography, and layout principles.
  4. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  5. Basic understanding of motion graphics (After Effects is an asset).
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Creative problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
