We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to head our banqueting and catering services in Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaboration with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver exceptional events—corporate, social, and weddings.
  • Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
  • Monitoring quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Leadership and mentorship of teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and Food and Beverage; recruitment, training, and management of departmental staff.
  • Preparation and management of budgets, control of costs, and driving efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Maintenance of compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Nurturing of client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • Analysis of operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
  • Coordination with vendors for supplies, décor, Audio-Visual equipment, and event needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues in India.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
