About the Job

You will be part of a team that leverages proprietary AI technology to create engaging games and apps. Your role will involve building, testing, and refining your work to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapid game/app development: Create fresh content daily using internal tools.
  • Self-assessment and feedback: Evaluate your own output, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Promoting teamwork and collaboration: Review and rate fellow team members' work to enhance overall performance.
  • Prompt optimization: Distill effective strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Identifying and resolving issues: File concise bug/UX reports to unblock colleagues and improve the AI.
  • Tracking progress and metrics: Monitor engagement dashboards and adjust strategies to boost retention.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Generation AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A gamer's taste and ability to articulate why something is enjoyable or not.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • The capacity to prioritize ideas and focus on the most promising ones.
  • Bonus: basic proficiency in coding (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter fluency), or data (basic SQL) would be an asset.

We offer a one-week paid trial period, followed by a long-term contract if the evaluation is successful.
