Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in India.

About the Role:

The Process Executive will be responsible for processing payroll control and pension reconciliations. They will provide excellent service in line with Service Level Agreements, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure that any possible changes are raised, discussed, and agreed with management before implementation.

Daily Workload:

The successful candidate will process daily workload, keeping Subject Matter Experts and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met. They will liaise with other teams in Retirement Solutions when mismatches or technical issues occur.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a quick learning ability, effective working relationships with colleagues outside your team, ability to work to tight deadlines, and excellent timely written and verbal communication skills. You should also have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage workload priorities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers 2024 & 2025 passed out are eligible to attend. B.com & BBA graduates are only eligible. The result should be published from 1 semester to 6th semester, and you should have cleared all semesters without any backlogs. Proficient in Advanced Excel is mandatory.
