Job Overview

Capable and seasoned content management specialists with extensive knowledge in IBM FileNet are sought after to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions for managing digital information across enterprise platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable ECM systems using IBM FileNet P8 and associated technologies.
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management, encompassing capture, storage, retrieval, and archival processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies.
