Icertis Platform Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Icertis Platform Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and a strong understanding of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Maintain Contract Types: Configure, maintain, and optimize contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Modify Business Rules: Analyze and modify configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with evolving business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage Security Groups: Design, implement, and manage security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure secure data access.
  • Master Data Management: Oversee and update master data, including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • P2P Integrations: Develop and support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems to enhance operational integration.
  • Association Management: Create, manage, and maintain associations between contracts, documents, and related entities to facilitate effective contract management.
  • Bulk Actions: Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases to drive project success.
  • User Support: Provide exceptional end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure users have the necessary skills to utilize the Icertis platform effectively.
