High-End Interior Design Professional

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced designers to develop innovative designs rooted in quality craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects, collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare detailed mood boards, material palettes, space plans, presentations, and design narratives, utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Produce accurate working drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and GFC sets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for on-site execution, supervising design implementation to maintain design intent and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers throughout the design and execution process, conducting site visits and managing client expectations with professionalism and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in interior design or architecture, with a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in 3D modeling and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in high-end interior design, including concept development, space planning, and execution.
