Job Summary:

This is a leadership role that oversees the sustenance of our quality management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all QMS operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

The key responsibilities include asset maintenance, conducting audits, process improvements, and tracking quality objectives. Additionally, the individual will analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 6 Sigma and Lean principles and be able to drive adherence to these principles in operations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in engineering operations.

Collaboration with Presales and Engineering Teams is essential for this role, as well as driving contingency labor program and interface with Honeywell Corp. Internal Tools Management, Invoicing & POs Management, CAPEX & Lab Requirements, Secondment Process, Timesheet Compliance and Overtime Processing, and Onboarding of New Hires are also part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering or a related field).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering operations or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and people-oriented skills.
