
Drive Customer Success as a Product Expert

We are seeking a Product Specialist to drive customer success and product adoption. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through thorough product demonstrations, on-site installations, and comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate Caliber products to customers, ensuring they have a complete understanding of their needs.
- Lead on-site installations, configurations, and train end-users on product usage.
- Collaborate with project leads to plan and execute projects, including testing and validation.
- Provide on-site support, handle customer inquiries, and reproduce reported issues or test cases remotely.
- Maintain software updates, installation of training builds, and database maintenance plans.
- Configure interfaces, execute test scripts, and assist in internal validation of products.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and patience when dealing with customer queries. Experience in pharma or instrumentation projects is advantageous.
Frequent travel for implementation is required. Strong leadership skills are essential to lead the project and team effectively.
